Story:
A good tale gone complicated, the story begins with Gautam (sumanth) who is the director of an ad firm. For one of his project, Gautam is unable to get the right face so he ends up creating a face in the computer using photoshop. He calls the fictitious person Kamakshi. However, there is a girl called Meenakshi (vedhika) who looks exactly like Kamakshi. Meanwhile, a group of terrorists plan for chaos in Hyderabad. This is being investigated by a journalist Zarina (sindhu tolani). A sequence of events happens and her path crosses with Gautam. What happens from there forms the rest of the story.
Presentation:
The director has come up with a thoughtful storyline and while the presentation was okay, the narrative was not that strong. The dialogues were average, the script was confusing and the screenplay was mediocre. Background score was good and almost all the songs were hummable. Cinematography was passable. Editing was regular. Costumes were stylish and trendy while the art department was appealing. Sumanth does his bit as required but his character was not etched properly. Vedhika looks pretty and scores few points. Sindhu Tolani was neat. Brahmanandam was not required. Raghu Babu was effective, Krishna Bhagawan was witty, the others didn’t have much scope.
Conclusion:
The major drawback for the film was trying to cram too many things in one roof. On one side, it is a romcom and the other side, there is an element of terrorism involved. So, the first half goes on a different line while the second half takes a different line. Most of the film gets predictable and preaching. The weak handling of the average script and the lack of a proper message for the audience goes against the film. At the box office, this will be a below average grosser.
