Vizag: YS Jagan, Kadapa MP, son of departed chief minister Dr. YS Rajasekhar Reddy announced his resignation to both MP and party membership on Monday. He sent his resignation to Lok Sabha speaker and party resignation to Sonia Gandhi, the Congress Party President.

Later, he released a copy of it to public, stating that, his family was kept aside after the demise of his father, who brought back the party in power after a decade in 2004.

YS Vijaya Lakshmi, wife of YSR also resigned for her MLA constituency Pulivendula. He requested the his fellow MLAs and MPs not to resign. His supporters in Vizag held a meet for further action.

It is quite interesting to see how Sonia will handle the situation. If YS ardent followers resign from congress, then Kiran Kumar might not have enough support to be a CM. Also Chiru camp is just waiting for the right moment to alliance with Congress. May be this is the perfect time to go.. Lets watch!!!
