Collector inaugurates Indra AC buses

Vizag: Mr. Lav Agarwal, District Collector inaugurated two Indra buses at Dwaraka Bus Complex on Monday. Indra- one of the sophisticated bus services of Andhra Pradesh Road Transport Services with fully air conditioned, double screen TVs, DVD, service launched in Hyderabad recently by Transport Minister.

Speaking to newmen after the inauguration Mr. Agarwal said, the BRTS service in city will be completed soon and district administration is expecting more better services in city.

Mr. B. Ramanjaneyulu, Commissioner, Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Commissioner, flagged off these buses along with two student special city services at the same venue.

Speaking to media, he said, corporation had been discussed with local educational institutions including Engineering and Management to avoid two wheelers and utilise student special bus services.

Mr. A. Venkateswara Rao, Executive Director, Vizianagaram Zone (APSRTC), Mr. Madhusudhan, Regional Manager (Visakhapatnam APSRTC) and others present at the opening ceremony.
