Women empowerment is more powerful than any Government : Chiranjeevi

Vizag: Women have proven, that they can reach any heights to get success, announced Mr. K. Chiranjeevi, actor turned politician. Speaking at the silver jubilee celebrations of Chaitanya Sravanthi, a Non Government Organisation on Wedensday, he said, women empowerment is more powerful than any Government.

They can turn their life style at any stage, it is proved by the Self Help Groups affiliated to Chaitanya Sravanthi, he added. He congratulated every member in this family for individual development.

He will extend his cooperation to women's development. He further mentioned that, he was never felt happy with his successful career as an actor, but happy with his eye bank and blood bank, which brought him good recognition throughout the country.

He congratulated the Chaitanya Sravanthi, which has 6000 members during its 25 year journey. Ms. Shirin Rahman, chief organiser of the organisation explained the activities of it and the way in which these members are utilising the benefit schemes introduced by the Government.

Mr. Bhattam Sri Rama Murthy, former MLA, Mr. B. Ramanjaneyulu, Commissioner, Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation, MLAs Mr. Dronamraju Srinivas, Mr. Ramesh, Mr. Ganta Srinivas, Mr. M. Srinivas, Mr. Venkataramaih and Dr. SA Rahman, Hon President Chaitanya Sravanthi and members of the organisation were also present.
